How grades map to tests

Every grade from 2 to 8 has its own test. Grades 2 and 3 share a time limit, as do grades 4 and 5, and grades 6, 7 and 8. A student always takes the test for their current grade, and awards are calculated within that test.

Questions go from friendly to tough. Most of the test should feel reachable, and the last few are there to stretch strong students. Nobody is expected to finish every problem.
